German software USU Valuemation classified as a “Leader” by American analysts

Möglingen, Germany, October 16, 2019 – USU was among the selected companies that Forrester Research, the American analyst firm, has invited to participate in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Service Management, Q4 2019. USU Valuemation was ranked in the highest possible category as a “Leader”.

Forrester evaluated 15 international software vendors. Valuemation achieved the highest possible score in ten of the evaluation criteria. This includes the criterion of Enterprise Service Modules. USU customers can use modules to quickly digitize enterprise-wide service processes outside of IT. It also received the highest possible score in the criterion of Low-/no-code Platform or PaaS, which is used to implement any processes and integrate them in a variety of third-party systems.

Highest possible scores were also given in the deployment and administration, solution revenue, and innovation roadmap criteria.

“As a German manufacturer, we are very proud to be classified as a leader even among major American vendors,” says Bernhard Oberschmidt, CEO of USU Software AG.

“In our view, the evaluation of the Valuemation software as a leader proves that our innovative portfolio made in Germany provides a future-proof solution for large corporations and upper medium-sized businesses,” adds Peter Stanjeck, Managing Director of USU GmbH.
