Zions Bancorporation to Transfer Certain Securities to NASDAQ from NYSE; Zions to Report Earnings for the Fourth Quarter 2019 on January 21, 2020

SALT LAKE CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) announced today that it expects to transfer the securities exchange listing for four securities as listed below to the NASDAQ Global Select Market from the New York Stock Exchange effective December 31, 2019 after market close. The securities are expected to begin trading as NASDAQ-listed securities on January 2, 2020. Their respective trading symbols and CUSIP numbers are as follows:
