"you always get those butterfly's you know when every now again you're thinking about the race your thinking about the race. next thing you know your shaking your nervous you just want to go riding. but it's the same thing every year wait until your time then hope you prepared enough for it." " the nerves will be ther tomorrow morning once we leave, but we are going to try and take it like another sunday...sunday ride. you got to go slow to go fast at certain times." the official start will happen tomorrow in big lake, the first geen flag drops at 11 a-m in two minute intervals. make sure to follow all of our coverage along the trail. when we come
