KLAS Las Vegas, NV from this studio back to the other one what are you doing now , kendall? >> i had incentive, too. with the great whetherrer that he's talking about, we're talking about wingi time, here o help us out local business owner 's michael and becky soloman join us with what they serve up at when time. and you guys have some really cool ideas, some really cool dishes at wing time. tell me about what you got here today and what we're gonna be making. >> we have our loaded fireworks which is why we're here for friday-day. we have two different kinds. you have a choice between our buffalo, which comes in mild or hot, and then we also have our garlic parmesan loaded fries. we also do other sauces but those are our most popular. we also have chicken wings and chicken fingers which are gluten free and we have some interesting sauces. we have peanut butter and jelly. we have a garlic butter sauce with cajun spices and we also have red rooster which is a sweet and spicy asian sauce. >> point to me the peanut butter and jelly. >> you want a bone in or bone less? >> let's go boneless. i don't want to make too much of a mess. i'm gonna give this a shot. tell us how these are made. >> we hand-bread these our chick en is never frozen. we hand bread them and we weave them into potato chips and then we. >> this is good. >> we toss them in our peanut peanut butter and jelly sauce which is our own homemade recipe >> when you told me about this, i thought, hmm, that doesn't sound good. this is delicious. these are really, really good. what else do you have for us here. >> so, we did bring some -- we like to toss and sauce our wings so we take our sauce and pour it on. >> what kind of sauce is that? >> our louie anna and we toss the wings in there and throw some cape jun spices on them and they're ready to go. >>> all right, there's a back room in the control room, which is out of control by the way, they're asking us to toss to wings. tell me about -- looks like really great comforted food, mac and cheese and these fries here and you're gonna help make some of these fries? >> yeah, with he can go ahead and make the fries too. >> we take out the sauce and sprinkle some other sauce, we sprinkle the buffalo hot and some ranch. normally we toss the sauce there >> you toss it. >> i got the chicken to a good heat. so wing time, tell me where you guys are located and how people can find you. >> located at 6572 north decatur boulevard avenue. up on decatur and the 215 just north of the 215. >> michael and becky you have made our friday here. this delicious and it is so good and thank you
