Biloxi head football coach leaving at the end of February

By Clip Syndicate
Three years into the Bobby Hall era of Biloxi football, the second winningest coach in the history of the state is parting ways with the school district over a dispute with his contract. First reported by the Sun Herald, News 25 can confirm Hall’s departure which was prompted by attempts to restructure his deal. Hall says the two parties were unable to come to terms and that he’ll be leaving Biloxi at the end of February. The Hall of Fame coach isn’t hanging it up for good as he intends to add on to his 310 career wins by the time it’s all said and done. Hall just turned 63 last week and led the Indians to the playoffs as recently as 2016 with an overall record of 6-6. Hall tells News 25 “many times closure is difficult. However it always creates new beginnings.” Yesterday, Larry Dolan stepped down from his post at Pearl River Central after going 5-17 during his two years on the job. Sunday, Ole Miss head men’s basketball coach Andy Kennedy, the winningest coach in program history, exited gracefully amidst a disappointing season.
